Currently looking for an experienced Sales Order Entry Specialist that is self-motivating, positive, focused on accuracy, and detail oriented. Candidate must have initiative and drive, be able to adapt quickly, respond to change, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. Must be able to multi-task and be a proactive thinker. The Sales Order Entry Specialist will be a part of the front office team, which will have the responsibilities of answering phones, working closely with our sales people and customers, and entering in sales orders. This position is for our Juliette, Georgia location.

Some Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reports to work at 8am Monday Friday
  • Performs customer service functions by answering phones
  • Enter in all sales orders, making sure the customers purchase order is attached to the sales order
  • Keeps track of all open sales orders
  • Conducts a monthly audit for all open sales orders to validate orders waiting on shipping table and orders being invoiced. Distribute to Controller
  • Validate that all orders on shipping table have a corresponding sales order
  • All other duties as assigned
